Registration

Conference registration includes a few categories of participants:

  • Regular/Student – with a conference presentation,
  • Business delegate without a conference presentation.

The participant who wants to submit an abstract has to register through the registration system and upload the abstract. Information about abstract acceptance will be sent until 14 days. After abstract acceptance, the pro form invoice will be prepared (conference fee accordant with the date of registration) and sent to the participant by e-mail. The deadline for abstract submission is May 31, 2023.

Payment for participation in the conference will be made on the basis of the received VAT invoice, where the bank account will be indicated. The Organizer reserve the right to change the conference fee in EURO in case of a change of exchange rate of more than 5%.

The fee doesn’t include the cost of accommodation.

Regular/student registration fees include:

  • Access to all Conference Scientific Sessions
  • Oral or poster presentation
  • Book of abstracts
  • Coffee and lunch breaks
  • Conference Dinner
  • Post-conference publication in the recommended journal

Business delegate registration fees include:

  • Access to all Conference Scientific Sessions
  • Book of abstracts
  • Coffee and lunch breaks
